South Carolina Sustainable Deconstruction is a nonprofit Corporation that is enviromentally responsible and dedicated to the preservation of the Earths resources.  Now is the time to look forward in handling development on our landscapes.  We should no longer find acceptable the concept of tearing down a building and removing the remains to a landfill.  It is time to require all demolition to be only deconstruction. 

We intend to recycle and reuse a minimum  50% of each building we deconstruct, committing ourselves to saving our enviroment by responsibly using our natural resources.  We are hopping the shape the way South Carolina develops itself so that our state can reduce its carbon foot print.  The children of tomorrow do not need to see the foot print of our wastefulness.
